Broken Cross Primary Academy and Nursery is a busy, vibrant school and proud to be one of the founding members of the Fallibroome Trust.
We are looking for an exceptional teacher to teach in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate must set high expectations, demonstrate a strong commitment to raising standards and use a range of techniques and skills to inspire and develop our children’s love of learning
We believe that children achieve their learning potential when their social and emotional needs are being met and we work very closely with parents and carers, the local authority, social services, the autism team and other agencies to provide an educational and social environment in which our pupils can flourish.
You will be supported by a dedicated team of teachers and support staff who provide significant leadership in their respective areas of responsibility, a committed governing body who aim to maintain the strong community ethos and values of the school and the staff of the Fallibroome Trust who provide excellence in school improvement and central services support.
Our innovative, cross phase school led Trust presents significant opportunities for professional and leadership development. Staff are appointed to individual schools but have access to the considerable development opportunities presented by the Trust’s Teaching School and wider academy agenda.
