We are seeking to appoint an Exams Manager who will organise, manage and run all internal and external school exams.
You must have excellent organisational and time management skills with evidence of ability to manage own workload and work independently. Experience of dealing with a large volume of data and information, prioritising workloads and meeting strict deadlines. Experience of maintaining high standards of accuracy and having a calm methodical approach to work whilst working under pressure. Previous experience of Exams Management is not essential as full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and deliver all aspects of work relating to internal and external examinations for the school. Pro-actively liaise with external bodies to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for future regulatory changes. Manage, recruit, select and train exams invigilators, readers, scribes. Support the school’s Data Manager in the preparation of reports and data needed by SLT, the Governing Body, external agencies.
