The Fallibroome Trust is a multi-academy education trust working tirelessly for the benefit of the children in its ten Cheshire based schools.  Our purpose is to create the conditions for our students to develop the skills, knowledge and aptitudes to enable them to thrive as life-long learners in a complex world. We do this by developing innovative approaches to curriculum delivery and delivering high quality teaching and learning.

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to work alongside the Chief Executive.  This is a new role and will be responsible for securing the long term financial sustainability of the Trust. There is significant pressure on education funding and the key focus of this role is to ensure that we make the most effective use of all resources – funding, facilities and people – to deliver effective ‘back office’ support to enable exceptional teaching & learning and school improvement.

You could be in a senior role leading Finance, Business Operations, IT, HR or Facilities and looking for a way to use your talent to make a significant contribution to the leadership of this next phase of the Trust’s development.  You will be used to working on complex and wide ranging projects and able to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will have proven experience of leading successful and innovative teams and a track record in aligning people and resources to deliver business improvement.

We think this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced business, education, public sector or charity leader who is able to drive strategic and operational excellence. We are looking for a leader who can make a bold and purposeful impact in the organisation.

You will find an organisation which is collaborative, supportive in how we challenge one another to do better and aspirational in its drive for excellence.
