The Fallibroome Trust has received Ministerial approval to incorporate Eaton Bank Academy, Congleton into the Trust from September 2019.

The Multi-Academy Trust was established by the Fallibroome Academy in 2014 with four founder members and has enjoyed steady growth over the past five years. Approval was granted for Marlborough Primary to join the Trust earlier this year and the addition of Eaton Bank will bring the Trust’s complement to ten schools in September.

Chair of Trustees Dick Hipperson said:

‘We are delighted to welcome two schools that have achieved strong ‘Good’ judgements from Ofsted this year. They will bring capacity and expertise to our school improvement agenda and strengthen our commitment to collaborative working for the benefit of all our students.’

The Trust recently celebrated the success of Broken Cross Primary Academy in converting its previous Requires Improvement category to a ‘Good, with Outstanding features’ judgement. The Priory Lane based Trust has now supported six of its schools to record improved judgements at inspection.

Trust CEO Peter Rubery said:

‘The Multi-Academy Trust model is built on shared values and a commitment to collaboration and mutual support. With three Secondaries and seven Primaries we are committed to sharing best practice and creating the conditions for all our over 4000+ students to succeed’.

The Trust will include the following schools in September:

The Fallibroome Academy, The Winsford Academy, Eaton Bank Academy, Whirley Primary School, Broken Cross Primary Academy and Nursery, Nether Alderley Primary School, Upton Priory School, Adlington Primary School, Gawsworth Primary School and Marlborough Primary School.
