  • Secondary consultant face-to-face visit to shape a bespoke offer for your school including heavily discounted and funded WE programmes and projects
  • Ongoing facilitator support throughout the year when needed
  • One place at network main meetings with leading educationalists
  • Discounted access to termly conferences nationally and locally

Senior Leaders

  • One free place on Leading and Managing Change programme – 4 days face-to-face, school visits and ongoing tuition and coaching from experts in the field (attendance essential to ensure impact of offer)
  • Guidance and briefings from network partners to ensure that leaders are confident facing the challenges of developments such as ‘linear’ examinations
  • Interest group co-ordination for future ‘system leaders’

This is aimed at Assistant Principals or Deputy Heads in charge of Teaching and Learning and/or curriculum.

HoDs and Subject Practitioners

  • Free face-to-face training sessions for one subject leader on innovative curriculum and teaching approaches to maximise achievement in ‘linear’ examinations, e.g. literacy/English and science
