Agreeing the school improvement plan; How do governors know that the school’s improvement plan is addressing the right priorities? We will discuss how the board gathers information throughout the year and has input into the planning process, ensuring priorities are clearly identified.
Making progress towards the SDP targets; How do governors keep a strategic overview of the actions the school is taking towards its improvement targets? We will look at
Attendees will have a clear understanding of the board’s strategic role in the school improvement cycle and the role of governor monitoring and feel able to play a more effective role in driving school improvement.

Fees quoted are correct at the time of publication. All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT which will be charged where applicable.
The Fallibroome Trust reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates of the course and venue, and to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers up to 7 days prior to the course start date – any fees will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled by the participant the following terms apply: 4 weeks before the training date: 20% of the course fee, 2 weeks before the training date or non-attendance: 100% of the course fee. The participant’s school will be responsible for paying any cancellation fees. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you once received.
