Outline of Course

The content of the course is based on a resource called ‘Leadership Matters’ and will cover:

  • Managing a Team, including how to have difficult conversations
  • Change management
  • Coaching

Develop the skills and confidence you require in order to be an effective middle leader

Course Run By: Range of experienced Senior Leaders

Course Aimed at: Staff looking to take on leadership roles or existing Middle Leadership. Suitable for teaching and support staff
